Always delicious ice cream and slushies.

New to town and my wife has been taking me around to her favorite haunts from when she lived here as a kid. Rich and Creamy has changed since then but it is still a good stop for ice cream. I like almost all ice cream but this stands out - as much for the experience as the ice cream! Definitely go!

BEST ICECREAM IN TOWN!

This by far the best ice cream I've had that's the closest to homemade/handmade. Their ice cream beats DQ, Culver & Andy's..hands down!!

Very good and very cold ice cream with good sized servings

The upside down banana sundae was delicious. The service was fast and the prices are reasonable. Only issue was that I asked my ice cream without walnuts and I found one in my ice cream.

Good parking. Picnic tables. Walking paths. Playground. Route 66 stuff. Well priced. Lots of options. Daughter ordered twist waffle cone. She gave it a 7/10. Said next time she will get just vanilla. I ordered an upside down banana split and it was so good. I believe the owner was working. He was friendly. I'll go back.

It's typical ice cream I was actually disappointed with the menu thought there were going to be exotic items just standard traditional boring flavors. The girls working weren't that friendly. I told them thanks n she jus rolled her eyes and slammed the window. They weren't busy I was the only customer...

Great ice cream!!!! Very rich and very creamy!!! Pricing starting to get on the higher side now!!! Sad. Place has no restrooms!!! So beware. Empty out before you go!!! Because there is no where to go!!! Would have given 5 stars but because of pricing and lack of restroom!!! Sorry only 3...

They wanted an ID for a card that has no name on it. It’s a company card. Sad because we really wanted to try this.

The park area could use some work. The ice cream was good. Fast, courteous, and friendly also.

Pretty good ice cream and stuff. The man working behind the window should probably NOT be serving the public.

The quality of the product has gone down and the price has gone up. Like many businesses now money saving has cost quality. If you want a better quality product for the same price, go to Walts on Jefferson. Although I detest the owner at Walts, I have to admit that he has a superior product.

Great soft serve. Next to a park. Its a good summer treat. I had the smores Sunday and it was delicious.

What can I say besides ice cream ice cream ice cream ice cream ice cream. You'll be hard-pressed and messes up. Luckily for us they haven't they do an exceptional job with what they do. Make sure you go get a Sunday or cone. Take the kids there take the wife there take your mom there girlfriend their side piece there whatever just get some ice cream you all love it.

Customer service was "questionable", but the ice cream I had tasted great!! It even tasted that good one of my friends went back to get another one!

This place its so bad the if you go up to the window smells bad i live across the street from there. I don't think they do a good job cleaning i don't recommend .go to a different. One trust me..go up the the window .lol

Rich and Creamy ice cream was very good! There were many different options that all sounded good. I ordered the root beer float and it was excellent! The only downside is the location, it is on a main road which creates loud traffic. I recommend coming here for an ice cream snack any time of the day?

The product was good. But the person that assisted us was not the friendliest and was unwilling to make simple changes to the menu item like add caramel to a flurry.

Had turtle sundae was very good! Didn't give five stars cause would of been better if pecans were a bit salty and had whip cream on top.

I give them 5 stars only because I'm being nice. Place must be in a high crime area. Guy insisted I show him my photo ID before he would sell me ice cream using my credit card. Plus, they hit you with a 35 cent charge if you don't buy 10 dollars of their ice cream. Be careful at this location because the traffic is high volume and high speed with only a few feet between the ordering window and the street.

Starting our 1st Route 66 Trip and Joliet has always felt like home.. people are friendly. This ice cream stop is decent, my wife had a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. I ordered a Vanilla shake, it wasn't the best it was literally just vanilla ice cream in a cup.

Worst ice cream experience ever paid 4 dollars for small cherry dip ice cream first spoon full half of it was already gone i had barely any dip and when i asked for more the guy wanted to charge extra worst icrrM experience ever!! Walt’s or DQ from now on i will never go thier again the brownie Sunday is a cheap ass brownie from the dollar store old and crusty the one you get with lol Debbie.

My brother just wanted strawberries on top or on the side of his ice cream. The employee working refused too. And my brother was willing to even pay extra but the emoloyee or owner refused. Never heard of an ice cream place Refusing to add strawberries..

Tasty ice cream, lots of parking, a park for the kids to play behind here. This stand has been here since I can remember.

Not the greatest Sunday. Got blueberry one and was kinda melted . Also be prepare for extra charge while using card. Still a Route 66 landmark worth to stop.

It was good, but could have used more syrup in the shake.

Nice atmosphere. Great selection. Super friendly staff! However, I wish their ice cream was a little bit less ice, and a little bit more creamy.

Love this place! One of the few places I know that has twist cones. Been going here for more than 30 years!
